Tangerine is a journal that looks like one message thread. It sends a short question a few times a day inside the hours you set, and you answer in a line or two from the notification or in the app. Write to it unprompted whenever you like.

Everything stays on the phone. An optional on-device language model gives one short sentence back to an unprompted entry and tags it. Entries export as Markdown or JSON and import back.
